In here you can find official stable OLSR.org releases. 
If you want to compile from the must current repository, 
please take a look at http://www.olsr.org/?q=node/2


We highly recommend to you to use the most current stable release.
The olsr.org team has been hunting down many bugs in older releases
sind 0.4.10. We highly recommend the must current stable release.

You can verify the correctness of the transfer by comparing the PGP 
of each file: just look at $releasename.gpg (for example olsrd-0.5.6-r8.gpg)



Nameing schema:

Releases are called olsrd-0.<releasenr>-r<X>.tar.bz2
Where <releasenumber> is the major release and -r<X> is the patch release.
While the release numbering has been very conservative in the past two years
(in order to emphasize the bug fixing nature of many changes), there were
are lots of changes made.
